NOC Analysts, also known as Network Operations Analysts, manage and troubleshoot IP networks and devices. Many network systems companies employ full-time NOC analysts to work with changing trends, including nights and weekends, and sometimes even call hours. NOC analysts work independently and in a team environment and report to data supervisors. NOC analysts are replacing faulty or well-functioning devices connected to the network.

NOC analysts write scripts and design automated network jobs to increase efficiency.
Provide technical support
NOC analysts respond to calls from customers and other company employees for technical support.

NOC analysts solve failure problems by isolating programs and working with engineers to find solutions.
