Operations Officer Duties and Responsibilities

Operations officers control and improve the day-to-day operations of companies operating in various industries in the private, public and non-profit sectors. Typically, they work at the administrative level and report directly to the general manager, which gives them a high level of influence, but also a general list of responsibilities. This includes managerial team management, performance data analysis and future strategic planning.
